Okay, I remember seeing criticism of Lost Galaxy saying the Lights of Orion plot-line is a little overly drawn out. I’m definitely starting to get what they were talking about.

Lost Galaxy #11 – Silent Sleep

We open on Terra Venture, where Maya is working the horse stables for some reason. The show explains that it’s because she has a way with animals, a trait Damon and Leo don’t share.

Lost Galaxy #10 – The Sunflower Search

We open with some very abrupt Magna Defender backstory, in which a flashback shows Scorpius destroying his planet. When Magsy tries to fend off the invaders with his Torozord, a villain named Fishface reveals he has his son Zika as a hostage.

Lost Galaxy #9 – The Magna Defender

We open where we left off with Furio last episode, with him looking at a random rock in a random cave and declaring that he’s found the Lights of Orion.

Lost Galaxy #8 – The Blue Crush

We open with Commander Stanton asking Kai to do him a favor, which turns out to be taking his daughter Jodie skating in his place and filming it for him.

Kai makes a face of horror, which at first seems to indicate he doesn’t like kids, but as it turns out, he has no idea how to roller skate, which I guess is no longer a prerequisite for being a Ranger.

Lost Galaxy #7 – Double Duty

We open with Kendrix and Kai sparring in color-coded tracksuits — which I obviously love, but question where exactly they got them.

Life has caught up with me, and while it’s absolutely not my intention to abandon the blog, new posts might be a bit sporadic. We open with someone skulking around the military base, eventually ending up in the engine room and halting Terra Venture’s flight. Stanton sends Kai and a security team to find out what happened as Damon watches on from nearby.

Lost Galaxy #4 – Rookie in Red

We open with a narration from Leo, which is…new:
