Holy shit, guys.
This is, technically speaking, the last episode of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.
Continue reading “Mighty Morphin #3.33 – Rangers in Reverse”We open with Aisha and Kat singing in an as-yet-unseen music room at Angel Grove High, where Kat is feeling down on herself because she can’t get the harmony down. Tommy pipes in that they sound good to him, but she shrugs and says Aisha should just find another partner for the school song competition.
Aisha and Tommy assure her she’s doing great as Bulk and Skull shatter the glass of the classroom door with their own singing. Kat giggles, thinking she might just have a shot, after all.
Continue reading “Mighty Morphin #3.32 – The Sound of Dischordia”Zordon manages to recharge some of the Rangers’ powers with a surge directly from the Morphing Grid, but it’s still limited, so they’re forced to helplessly watch what a banner outside the Juice Bar is now declaring “Master Vile’s End of the World Party.”
Continue reading “Mighty Morphin #3.31 – Master Vile and the Metallic Armor: Part 3”Zedd demands Kat prove her dedication to evil by stepping inside a device that will drain all of the remaining good out of her. Rita makes a point of noting that it only works on people who were once evil, and once Kat’s inside, Zedd adds that it’s irreversible.

Continue reading “Mighty Morphin #3.27 – Another Brick in the Wall”So, the good news is that Kat will be with us for a long time, so you don’t have to worry about her going anywhere anytime soon. The bad news is that with Kimberly gone, we’ve officially started the countdown to the next Ranger’s departure, and there isn’t much time left with them.
The worst news? That Ranger is Aisha.
Continue reading “Mighty Morphin #3.26 – Rita’s Pita”I’ve started getting ads for kids’ shows on YouTube, which is an unintended effect of watching this much Power Rangers.
Continue reading “Mighty Morphin #3.25 – A Different Shade of Pink: Part 3”Kimberly is rushed to the emergency room, Kat at her side as she fills the doctors in on what happened. As Kimberly drifts in and out of consciousness, Kat repeats that it was all her fault, but she’s ushered out so the doctors can do their work. A nurse promises a guilt-stricken Kat that she’ll update her if she hears any news.
On the moon, Zedd and Rita are furious about Kat’s betrayal, and Finster reports that her selfless deed of saving Kimberly neutralized the spell, meaning she’s no longer under their control whatsoever.
